- PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA Wednesday, September 13th, 2023, 6:00 pm Providence City Office Building, 164 North Gateway Dr., Providence Ut This will be an in-person meeting; however, some members of the Planning Commission may be attending this meeting electronically. Comments: The Planning Commission accepts comments: in-person, by email, and by text. In-person: Providence City Office Building, 164 N Gateway Drive, Providence UT Email: providencecityutah@gmail.com Text: 435-752-9441 Call to Order: Michael Fortune Chair Roll Call of Commission Members: Members Absent: Pledge of Allegiance: Approval of Minutes: The Planning Commission will consider approval of the minutes for August 9th, 2023. (MINUTES) Public Comments: Citizens may express their views on issues within the Planning Commission's jurisdiction. The Commission accepts comments: in-person, by email providencecityutah@gmail.com , and by text 435-752-9441. By law, email comments are considered public record and will be shared with all parties involved, including the Planning Commission and the applicant. Public Hearings/Presentations: Item No. ___1___CAPSA Presentation: October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. CAPSA will present to the Planning Commission and City their ongoing efforts to share valuable information and shed light on the support offered to survivors of domestic violence. Legislative - Action Item(s): None Administrative Action Item(s): None Study Items(s): Item No. 2 Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance Revisions: The Providence City Planning Commission will review & discuss revisions to the City's ADU Ordinance (EXHIBIT) Agenda posted by Ty Cameron on 7th day of September 2023.
