Carmel, UT 84755. 1. Call to Order 2. Approval of Meeting Agenda 3. Legislative Action Items a. None 4. Administrative Action Items a. Approval of meeting minutes for July 13, 2023. b. Review and approval of the WREC Funding Request. c. Review and approval of Invoices for Operating Expenses. d. Final authorization to execute Desert Edge Contract for the WREC. e. Review and approve property assessment list for the County. f. Review and approve the Workplace Vehicle Charging Program agreement with State of Utah Division of Air Quality. g. Review and approve RFP for Ground Survey for WREC central Facility. h. Review and approve Landmark ASA for Additional testing for the LUWDS. 5. Administrative Non-Action Items a. None 6. Adjourn
