- Notice of Proposed Tax Increase Mountain Green Sewer Improvement District The Mountain Green Sewer Improvement District (MGSID) is proposing to increase its property tax revenue This will be an average annual increase for the property owner of $23.70 which equals a budgeted increase of 50% Public Hearing Date Wednesday, October 4, 2023 Time 7:30 PM Location: Mountain Green Sewer Improvement District 5455 W Old Hwy, RD Morgan, UT 84050 All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase as shown above.
