- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT The Town Council of Fairfield, Utah Shall hold a Regular Session Meeting On July 11, 2023 @ 7:00 P.M. At the Town Office 103 East Main Street Fairfield, Utah Regular Meeting Agenda Open The Town Council Regular Session Meeting. Roll Call Prayer / Pledge Of Allegiance Town Council will Close the Work Session for a Closed Meeting per State Code 52-4-205. (1) A closed meeting described under Section (c)strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; Discuss and Vote on North Pointes Business License. Planning Commission Update. Discussion on Title 3 business licenses. Vote to Approve Title 3 business licenses. Vote To Approve Cooperative Agreement Between The Utah Division Of Forestry, Fire And State Lands And Fairfield. Discussion on the Town Park. Vote To Approve The Minutes Work Session May 16, 2023 Vote To Approve The Minutes Work/Regular Session June 13, 2023 Discussion On Upcoming Agenda Items. Discussion On Old Business. Discussion On New Business. Adjourn The Town Council Regular Meeting.
