- BEAVER FIRE DISTRICT #1 AGENDA SEPTEMBER 18, 2023 7:00 P.M. REGULAR MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING 1. Welcome and Open the Meeting 2. Public Hearing for Truth in Taxation 3. Review and Approve Minutes from June 27, 2023. 4. Review Financial Statements from June, July, & August. 5. Conflict of Interest Statements on Agenda Items 6. 2022 Audit Presentation - John Harderlie, Auditor 7. Fire Chief's Report Purchase of Fire Truck for Elk Meadow's Service District Turnout Extractor Bids 8. Ambulance Director's Report 9. Executive (Closed Session) - The Beaver Fire District #1 may choose to close a portion of their meeting for the following reasons: 1. Discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; 2. Hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; 3. Hold a strategy session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration or prevent the public body from completing the transaction; and 4. Hold a strategy session to discuss the sale of real property. 10. Any Other Business Properly Brought Before the Board. 11. Adjourn Meeting - Next Regularly Scheduled Meeting, December 18, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
