- Public Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston City Planning & Zoning Commission will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 29 South Main St., Lewiston, UT, in the Club Room, on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Agenda 1. Call to Order - Pledge of Allegiance - Opening remarks 2. Approval of the planning commission meeting minutes from April 5, 2023. 3. PUBLIC HEARING for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2023-01, an Ordinance amending the Lewiston City Code, Title 12 Flood Control. Intended to bring this section of code up to state and federal recommended floodplain development standards. 4. Discussion and possible vote on Ordinance 2023-01. 5. Planning and zoning clearance request for building permit: Jeff Call, 181 N 1300 East 6. Councilman Morrison Report 7. Discussion on the General Plan 8. Discussion on the Agriculture Re-zone Adjourn Next scheduled meeting is June 7, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the City Office at least two (2) days before the date of the meeting.
