Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Genola will hold a public meeting in the public safety building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The Council meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The agenda for the Council meeting will be as follows: 1. Call to Order a. Opening Prayer b. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval of Minutes for December 14, 2022 3. Approval of Expenditures Total Expenditures: $ 631,484.98 Anderson Law Center: $ 4,575.00 Bankcard Center: $ 4,466.17 Caleb Rees CPA: $ 8,000.00 Central Utah 911: $ 2,816.00 Dale Cox: $ 493,141.56 Franson Civil Engineers: $ 32,503.82 Fuel Cards: $ 550.06 John Cowan: $ 595.00 Propane Network: $ 931.67 Manny Escoto: $ 500.00 Rocky Mountain Power: $ 1,234.71 Roque Services: $62,800.00 Santaquin City: $ 11,016.20 Santaquin City Non-transport calls: $ 900.00 South Valley Animal Shelter: $ 3,291.54 Staker & Parson Companies: $ 1,441.29 Utah Local Governments Trust: $ 1,079.90 Utah State Treasurer: $ 1,642.06 4. Approval of Work Order for a funding request of $2,500.00 for the air trailer bi-annual maintenance. None 5. Comments will be limited to a maximum of five (5) minutes at the discretion of the Mayor. State Law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. New Business 6. Discussion and possible action regarding a proposal from Santaquin City for additional funds to be paid for our public safety contract. 7. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2023-01 the scheduling of the Town Council meetings for 2023. 8. Discussion on a request from Derk Palfreyman to discuss with the council the electric infrastructure in the F Mecham Subdivision. 9. Motion to Adjourn The Town Council may exercise their right under Utah Code Annotated, 52-4-207, to convene and conduct an electronic meeting.
