- CIB Grant First Notice for Lyman Town Notice is hereby given that Lyman Town will hold a public hearing to discuss the application for the CIB Grant 2023-2024. The hearing will be held in conjunction with the regularly scheduled town council meeting on September 14, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. Lyman Town Hall, 115 S Main St., Lyman, Utah.
