- Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated; Section 52-4-202 (6), Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ferron City, Emery County, Utah, will hold a Council Meeting on Wednesday August 16, 2023, commencing at 7:00 p.m. This will be hosted in the Council Chambers of the City Hall. 1. RESOLUTIONS RESOLUTION 2023-4 A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE BUDGET OF FERRON CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2023 - 2024 6. PEACH DAYS EVENTS GRAND MARSHALL OF THE PARADE - ? PLACEMENT OF BOUNCE HOUSES/HYPNO HIC 7. GOLF COURSE AND MAINTENANCE REPORTS INFORMATION CONCERNING DISC GOLF - KASEY EDGEHOUSE NEW ROOF ROUGH MOWER PERMISSION FOR NEW HIRES TO CHARGE ON ACCOUNTS 8. CLOSED SESSION Possible closed session for the purpose of discussing the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; strategy for pending or reasonably imminent litigation; strategy for the purchase, exchange, sale, or lease of real property, including any water right or water shares; the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems; or investigative proceedings to investigate alleged criminal misconduct. Utah Code ยง 52-4-205. The public is invited to attend all City Council Meetings. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the City Recorder, Barbara Bowles at (435)384-2350 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
