- Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated; Section 52-4-202 (6), Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ferron City, Emery County, Utah, will hold a Council Meeting on Wednesday July 26, 2023, commencing at 7:00 p.m. This will be hosted in the Council Chambers of the City Hall. 1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, WELCOME & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE GENERAL BUSINESS / DISCUSSION ITEMS 2. INTERVIEW POTENTIAL NEW COUNCIL MEMBERS 3. VOTE TO FILL VACATE COUNCIL MEMBER 4. OATH OF OFFICE FOR NEWLY VOTED ON COUNCIL MEMBER 5. DISC GOLF AT MILLSITE GOLF COURSE 6. FERRON CITY PEACH DAY FLYER APPROVAL 7. CVSSD IS ASKING FOR FERRON CITY 'WISH LIST'. -This list will need to be complied and sent August 18, 2023 RESOLUTION 8. RESOLUTION 2023-3 A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE BUDGET OF FERRON CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 CLOSED SESSION 9. Possible closed session for the purpose of discussing the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; strategy for pending or reasonably imminent litigation; strategy for the purchase, exchange, sale, or lease of real property, including any water right or water shares; the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems; or investigative proceedings to investigate alleged criminal misconduct. Utah Code ยง 52-4-205. 10. ADJOURNMENT The public is invited to attend all City Council Meetings. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the City Recorder, Barbara Bowles at (435)384-2350 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
