- SF Logo Wednesday, September 13, 2023 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. August 23, 2023 2. Preliminary Plat and Zone Change A. LOTZ CONSTRUCTION PRELIMINARY PLAT AND ZONE CHANGE. This proposal involves changing the current zone from R-R to R-1-15 and to approve a Preliminary Plat to subdivide one 6.2 acre property into 12, 15,000 square foot residential lots located at approximately 1082 West 1900 South. 3. Site Plan A. CANYON CREEK SHOPPING CENTER PHASE 4 PLAT C. This proposal involves the commercial development of one lot within the Canyon Creek Commercial Development located at 423 East 1000 North. 4. Concept Review A. GENERAL AVIATION SOUTH PROJECT. 5. Discussion A. AIRPORT FBO BUILDING. B. CANYON CREEK BUILDING ELEVATIONS. C. DR HORTON BUILDING ELEVATIONS AND LANDSCAPING. D. SPANISH SPRINGS SITE IMPROVEMENTS. E. TITLE 15 AMENDMENT. 6. Adjourn
