- DATE: Wednesday September 13th, 2023 TIME: 12:00 PM LOCATION: Electronic Meeting Pursuant to House Bill 5002, 'Open and Public Meetings Act Amendments,' passed during the 2020 Fifth Special Session of the Utah Legislature and codified under Utah Code Ann. § 52-4-207(4), I, Alexa Wilson, hereby make the following written determination in my capacity as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Ticaboo Utility Improvement District warranting the TUID Board to convene and conduct electronic meetings without a proper anchor location: AGENDA 1. Call Meeting to Order a. Roll Call of Board Members 2. Adoption of Agenda 3. Approval of minutes from Minutes need approved from 8/16/23 meeting 4. Review procedures for handling electronic participation by the public 5. Public Comment -- TUID welcomes comments from the public. The Board sets aside 15 minutes at each Board meeting to hear from anyone wishing to speak. Each presenter is allowed one opportunity and has up to three (3) minutes for remarks. Any member of the public who desires to make a comment shall use the 'raise hand' feature during the Google Meet meeting. The public comment segment of the Board meeting is not the time for a question-and-answer discussion. TUID staff are available for dialogue outside of Board meetings. 6. Confirm meeting dates Oct 11 5:30, Nov 8 Noon, Dec 13 5:30 (6PM if there are fee increases) and announce and remind the public and board of the in-person meeting, public reception, and tour, UAMPS visit on October 11th, 2023. Highly encourage all interested public and all board members to participate in person. 7. Update on TUID mobile home rental options, costs, fees and scenarios: Ray Golden 8. Review and discuss recommended 2023 budget amendments and agree on hearing date to discuss and adopt needed 2023 budget amendments. Discuss current budget review and 2024 budget in process with new charts of accounts and a more compact version in accordance with the State Auditors guidelines and template for special districts. 9. Update on Jones and DeMille meeting for request for legal fees reimbursement from water rights filings (if proceeds as scheduled) from Monday 9/11/23. John Motley 10. Board Reports: Mike Morlang 11.
