- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold its work meeting on Tuesday, September 5, 2023. The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. This meeting is open to the public, but no comments will be taken. 7:00 pm 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 2. ROLL CALL. 3. DISCUSSION ITEMS: a. Eureka Chamber of Commerce Business License Application. b. JUB Project - Discussion on Eureka Drainage Improvements. c. Moratorium on gravel pile. d. Discussion on lease of City Truck. e. Payment from Historical Society. f. Discussion on Chief/Ruby Hollow mine squatters. g. Ordinance Revision. h. Code Enforcement Procedures and Fines. i. Snow Removal Procedures. j. Tintic Silver Jubilee. k. Conditional Use Permits. 4. ADJOURNMENT.
