- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold their Regular Council Meeting on Monday, August 14, 2023, Meeting will begin at 7:00 pm, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah. Residents that would like to address the Council must submit their question or concern in writing to the City Office at least 3 hours prior to the meeting. Written comments, which will be read into public record, may be submitted via email eurekacity@eurekautah.org. The agenda shall be as follows: 7:00 pm - 7:20 pm PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. ROLL CALL. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES. TREASURER'S REPORT. CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY. REPORT OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES. 1. Mayor and City Council Committees. A. Christopher Dever. B. Robert Trepanier. - Historic Preservation Funding. C. Travis Haynes. D. Thomas Nedreberg. E. Greg Evans. - Water System Update F. Jeremy Snell. 2. Maintenance Technician Report. 7:20 pm DISCUSSION ITEMS/ACTION ITEMS. 1. Shay Morrison - Six County, Needs Assessment Follow-up. 2. Discussion and Approval of Building Permit Application for Mike Sorensen - Garage. 3. Nick Castleton, Emergency Management Survey. 4. Neils & Joyce Wright, Application for Conditional Use Permit to occupy/live in an RV while cleaning property. 5. Discussion/Adoption of an Ordinance Creating a System for Creating Performance Guarantee Bonds to ensure timely construction of improvements for development within Eureka City. 6. Discussion and/or Approval of Renewal of Lease Agreement with the Tintic Historical Society. 7. Discussion on Property Requests/Reschedule Public Hearing Date. 8. Discussion/Approval of bid for work on Beck Street. 8:45 pm CITIZEN COMMENTS. (Citizens who had submitted their question or concerns in writing prior to the meeting may speak at this time, if present, but will be limited to two minutes each.). 9:00 pm ADJOURNMENT.
