- NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE PUBLIC OF TRENTON THE TRENTON TOWN COUNCIL Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Council and to the general public that the Trenton Town Council will hold a meeting on Tuesday August 1, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Meeting called to order Mayor Lynn Payne 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Approval of Minutes April 4, 2023 June 6, 2023 June 7, 2023 PUBLIC COMMENTS Comments will be taken from the public on items that are not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes. 1. Fire Department Report- Trevor Egan 2. Review of the 24th of July celebration 3. Discussion regarding soliciting of donations for the 2024 fireworks, IFA, Gossner's and Rocky Mountain Power-Mayor Lynn Payne 4. Concerns about main line water lid on Main Street and 200 North-Mayor Lynn Payne 5. Questions regarding Zoning letter dated July 5, 2023- Janet Cottle 6. Resolution 06-03-23- 2023 update to Fee Resolution 7. Water update 8. Planning & Zoning update 9. Road update 10. Mayor Update Councilmembers may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Council. No action can be taken on these issues. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Macall Smith, Town Recorder, (435) 563-9929, at least 24 hours before the meeting.
