- Notice is hereby given The Mayor and City Council of Helper City, A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting on the 6th day of July 2023. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. 1- Call to order. 2- Pledge of Allegiance. 3- Roll call. 4- Public Comment. 5- Approval of the minutes from June 1, 2023. 6- Discussion and possible approval of public defender contract with the county. 7- Discussion and possible approval of closing Main Street for the Helper Arts Festival. 8- Discussion and possible approval of Crook Legal Group engagement agreement to review a new personnel policies in the amount of $5,500. 9- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing a pallet of Fertilizer for parks and cemetery not to exceed $3,000. 10- Discussion and possible approval of sending Mike Mastin to the USU Eastern Leadership Academy in the amount of $1,500. Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads. Possible closed session. Adjournment:
