- Notice is hereby given The Mayor and City Council of Helper City, A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting on the 15th day of June 2023. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. 1- Call to order. 2- Pledge of Allegiance. 3- Roll call. 4- Public Comment. 5- Approval of the minutes from May 18, 2023. 6- Public hearing on amending the budget year 2022-2023. 7- Discussion and possible approval of Resolution 2023-04 amending the budget year 2022-2023. 8- Discussion and possible approval of exchanging pool passes for radio promotion by AJB Enterprises. 9- Discussion and possible approval of book signing at Helper Museum July 22, 2023, 'Selling Sex in Utah' by Eileen Hallet Stone. 10- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing flooring for the museum in the amount of $1735. 11- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing a Police electric bike in the amount of $5,289. 12- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing roofing materials for Locust St. Park Pavilion in the amount of $3,650. 13- Discussion and possible approval of artwork and installation at the Boulder Park. 14- Discussion and possible approval of Cooperative Wildfire System (CWS) agreement. 15- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing a lawn mower. 16- Discussion and possible approval of renting or leasing a skidsteer with mower attachment. 17- Discussion and possible approval of Construction Standards. 18- Closed session for property discussion. Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads. Adjournment:
