Call to Order B. General Business 1. Approve minutes of July 17, 2023 (Regular meeting) 2. Safety Report / Director's Report - July 2023 3. Airport Monthly Data Report - July 2023 & Virtower Data C. Citizens to be Heard D. Discussion Items: 1. Invitation to Dedication of Operations Hangar to Bill Groff, with plaque. Thursday Sept. 14, 4:00-6:00 pm. 2. Garage discussion. 3. When a Tenant sells their hangar, is the incoming Tenant's term the remainder of the original lease term, or does it start over at 30 years. 4. Project Reports a. SRE Building - Received CO from building department. Waiting on contractor to fix flaws in the floor, waiting on garage doors to be operational. b. ALP Update - Open house August 23rd c. 2023 Fencing project - Bid accepted; updated grant application submitted. Waiting on grant offer. d. Lot 118 Hangar - in permitting phase. 5. AEAS - still under review by DOT, SkyWest extension. 6. Voodoo Air - subtenant of Moab Heli X. 7. No update on SITLA Land Swap 8. Dominion Energy installing new high-pressure gas line - Any new info? 9. 139 Fire Live fire burn August 29, 30, 31. E. Action Items: Discussion and Consideration (some for Recommendation to County Commission with approvals subject to limitation) 1. Approving the Operating Agreement with Moab Heli X. 2. Rent Study: Clarify zone chart in AMCG report, discuss edits drawn on zone map by AB members, and decide on rent/fee changes for Fee Schedule updates. $0.30 for airside ground lease, what changes to landside lease rate, terminal space, and shuttle fees? 3. Move forward with drafting a lease agreement for digital (screen) advertising on 2 terminal walls, for Lions Back Resort (Curtis Wells requesting). 4. Approve scope of work for design work for Grant 46 AIP projects (4: Apron Expansion & Reconstruction, Taxiway Relocation, Taxilane Expansion). F. Reports: 1. County Commission 2. City of Moab 3.
