- NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Wednesday, June 15th at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. The scheduled meeting will begin at 7 P.M. 1) 7 P.M. 2) Public Comment 3) Presentation of part time summer help; Ryder Coates and Aubrey Peterson 4) Proposal with possible approval to reinstate conditional use permit- Martha Larson, Valley West Properties, LLC 5) Amend city code 9-2-3.13 Water use efficiency 6) Discussion with proposed approval of Resolution 2022-03 Fee Schedule 7) Approval of city council minutes; May 18th, May 18th Work Meeting, June 1st 8) Approval of bills and adjustments 9) Public Hearing to reopen and amend the 2021-2022 budget 10) Public Hearing to adopt the Gunnison City proposed fiscal year 2022-2023 operating budget 11) Discussion with proposed approval to reopen and amend the 2021-2022 budget 12) Discussion with proposed approval to adopt the Gunnison City fiscal year 2022-2023 operating budget 13) Presentation of fraud risk assessment 14) Other business 15) Closed Session * 16) Adjourn *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours' notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-205(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
