Consent Calendar Be it hereby moved that the following general consent calendar items stand for approval: a. Agenda for the August 14, 2023 Regular Meeting b. Minutes of the June 12, 2023 Regular Meeting c. Minutes of the June 30, 2023 Special Meeting d. Warrants and Financials 3. Operator's Report - Receive an Update on Grease Trap Inspections and Work Performed for the District 4. Resolution 2023-06 (Policies & Procedures Update of the District) -Discuss and Possibly Approve An Update to the District Policies and Procedures of the District Regarding Back Lot/Off Road Sewer Lines 5. Resolution 2023-02 (MSD/JSSD Agreement Update) - Discuss and Possibly Approve Updated Agreement between Jordanelle Special Service District and Midway Sanitation District 6. H2S Odor Mitigation - Update Board on Ongoing Odor Mitigation and Discuss Cleaning Rotation 2023 7. Shared Lateral Agreement Approval (Jake & Gina Honey) - Discuss and Possibly Approve a Shared Lateral Agreement for a Home and Detached Garage/Apartment Built By a Previous Owner w/o Approval to Update and Regulate Sewer Services to Current Owner Wanting to be in Compliance. Property is located at 170 South Fox Den Road 8. Customer Billing Charges Discussion (Lisa Barkdull)- Discuss & Possibly Approve Customer Request to be Reimbursed for the Over Charge of Household Individual Rates 9. Engineers Report - Receive an Update on District Projects, Sewer Rehabilitation, Metering & Infiltration 10. Managers' Report - Receive an Update on District Activities, Issues & Projects 11. Trustees Reports - Receive an Update on Areas and Issues of Concern to the District 12. (As Needed) Closed Executive Session to Discuss Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation, Purchase, Exchange or Lease of Property and/or the Character, Professional Competence or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual 13. Adjournment
