Consent Items a. Motion - Approval of Minutes dated October 18, 2022 4. Action Items a. Public Hearing and Consideration - Recommendation on final approval of the Hardy Denny Subdivision (2 lot) located at approximately 5120 W 4000 S for Jeff Hardy & Nate Denny. 5. Public Comment on items not on the agenda (No action can or will be taken on any issue presented.) 6. Adjournment
