- CITY COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold a City Council meeting at 7:00 pm, on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, in the City Council Chambers at 38 West Center Street. 1. Public Forum (Public comments may be delivered in person at the meeting or submitted to the City Recorder prior to 5:00 pm on the meeting date for presentation to the City Council) 5. Consent Agenda (Minutes, Bills, Items) a. Ratification of $6,000 contract for well siting services b. Ratification of $4,000 contract for July 4th entertainment c. Ratification of $3,000 contract for Surveying Services d. June 14, 2022, Special City Council Minutes e. June 15, 2022, City Council Minutes f. June 28, 2022, Special City Council Minutes 6. Bills for period ending July 18, 2022, totaling $1,209,601.97 7. Bids Awards, Recognitions, and Appointments a. Appointment of Zoning Administrator 8. New Business a.
