- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Bicknell Town Council will conduct a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on August 3, 2023, at the Bicknell Town Hall, 64 W 100 N Bicknell UT 84715 to receive comments on the town's application to the Permanent Community Impact Board for funding to purchase a skid steer and attachments for it. The public is invited to provide comments which are generally limited to three minutes per individual. Kelsey Brinkerhoff, Town Clerk
