- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council a regular Council Meeting Tuesday September 5, 2023 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the August 21, 2023 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Brady Carter: Planning and zoning recommendations 3. 5:15 Skip Thompson: Traffic concerns 4. 5:20 Hire new public works employee 5. 5:30 Review truck bids 6. 5:40 Fraud Risk Assessment 7. 5:45 Pay bills 8. 5:50 Other business - Open house 9. 6:00 Field trip to park Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
