- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annabella Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Monday, July 17, 2023 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Hall located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Chairman John Chartier conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) I. Planning Commission 6:00 p.m. A. Roll call B. Approval of minutes II. Business A. Accessory apartment conditional use discussion B. 270 South turnaround update C. Current conditional use permit applications D. Current building permit applications E. Other business III. Adjourn.
