- Kanosh Town Planning Commission Notice and Agenda March 7, 2023 @ 7:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the Kanosh Town Council will hold its regular Town Planning Commission meeting beginning at 7 PM. March 7, in the Kanosh Town Chambers located at 55 North Main Street, Kanosh Utah. 1. Welcome and call or order of regular meeting of Kanosh Planning and Zoning Commission. a. Roll call of members b. Approval of agenda for current meeting c. Approval of minutes for previous meeting d. Declaration 2. Commission: Kanosh Building Permit: Stan Adams: 2-13-23 sent a Kanosh Building Permit with instructions for a single family dwelling and garage. Jim Weaver: 2-20-23 handed out a Kanosh Building permit for a garage John and Carol Kimball: 2-24-23 handed out a Kanosh Building Permit for a garage. Connie Young: 2-24-23 Sent a Kanosh Building Permit for an addition to an existing home. Dean and Cheri Perkins: 2-24-23, handed out a Kanosh Building Permit for a garage. 3. Discussions Regarding...things for future to do or take note of Annexation for Kanosh Town Set Backs / Resolution 1-14-04 Change footage for setbacks for new construction and wording for an ordinance 4. Public Comments...Two minute limitation each 5. Commission Reports 6. Adjourn In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act persons needing auxiliary communicative aids and services for these meetings should call the City office 435-759-2415, giving at least 48 hours advance notice. Meetings of the Kanosh Planning and Zoning Board may be conducted by electronic means pursuant to Utah Code Annotated, Sections 52-4-207. In such circumstances, contact will be established by telephone or other electronic means and the meeting will be conducted pursuant to the Kanosh resolution 061318 electronic meetings.
