NEW BUSINESS: John & Penny Weaver are presenting plans for a Pole Barn Located at their property in Birch Creek in the Indian Fountain Subdivision.(ZoningR-R-5) William Wernli is presenting plans for a dwelling at his property located at 600 E. Biljon Lane. (ZoningR-R-1/2) Joe Bowthorpe is presenting plans for a Dwelling located on his property at 675 S. Gorge Drive.(Zoning R-R-5) Blake Bowthorpe is presenting plans for a Dwelling at his property located at 550 Rainbow Way.(Zoning R-R-5). UPDATES AND REVIEWAL OF OLD BUSINESS: Update on the table item regarding Mike Shurtliff. Update on notices sent regarding illegal structures on residential lots.
