CALL TO ORDER 2. INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT: BY INVITATION 3. 4:30 PM SCHEDULED ITEMS 3.1 Final Plat- Vacating lot 4 and a portion of lots 1, 2, and 3 of Village at the Parkway Subdivision and approving the final plat for Maverik - University Parkway (YEI Orem Subdivision Plat A) located generally at 1247 South Geneva Road in the C2 zone. 4. MINUTES REVIEW AND APPROVAL 4.1 Review and approve minutes from the regular Planning Commission meeting on August 2, 2023 4.2 Review and approve minutes from the Special Planning Commission meeting on August 2, 2023 5. ADJOURN 5.1 The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 6, 2023 THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS.
