- City of Woodland Hills City Council Meeting Agenda June 27, 2023 Public Notice is Hereby Given that the City of Woodland Hills City Council will hold a Work Session and City Council Meeting on June 27, 2023, beginning at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are held at the City of Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah. Work Session 1. Discussion: Proposed Ordinance Amending Sections of the City Of Woodland Hills City Code Title 10-7-1 Districts Established; Map Boundaries, 10-11-16 Swimming Pools,10-11-8(3) Landscape Features, Fences, Walls, Driveways, And Culverts And Adding A Section 8 Titled 'Mitigation Zone' To 10-9 Public Facilities District- Chairman Frandsen 2. Request from Summit Creek Developers for a Change in Zoning from R-1-2 PUD to R1-19 for Thousand Oaks Plat F Lot #'s 161-167. 3. Discussion: Resolution Appointing Wayne Frandsen as the Zoning Enforcement Officer 4. Discussion: Resolution Appointing Chris Tambasco as a Building Official Inspecting New Homes for Compliance with City Code. 5. Discussion: City Budgetary Items including Large Purchases 6. Update: City Grants a. UDOT Grant for Community Development- Council Member Malkovich b. ARPA Grant -Council Member Malkovich c. Fire- Council Member Kynaston d. Decision: Ordinance 2023-13 Amending Sections of The City Of Woodland Hills Code Title 10-7-1 Districts Established; Map Boundaries, 10-11-16 Swimming Pools,10-11-8(3) Landscape Features, Fences, Walls, Driveways, And Culverts And Adding A Section 8 Titled 'Mitigation Zone' To 10-9 Public Facilities District 14. Decision: Resolution 2023-18 Appointing Wayne Frandsen as the Zoning Enforcement Officer 15. Decision: Resolution 2023-19 Appointing Chris Tambasco as a Building Official 16. Decision: Forwarding Change in Zoning Request for Thousand Oaks Plat F Lot #'s 161-167 to the Planning Commission 17. Decision: Approval of Large Purchases Closed Session (If needed) An open meeting can be closed for the following purposes: - Discussing an individual's character, professional competence, or physical or mental health - Strategy sessions to discuss collective bargaining - Strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation - Discussions regarding security personnel, devices, or systems - Investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct Adjourn Posting A copy of the foregoing agenda was posted at the City Offices, on the City's website at www.woodlandhills-ut.gov, and on the State Public Notice Website at htttp://pmn.utah.gov.
