- The Mount Pleasant City Council will hold a regular meeting August 08, 2023, at 6:30p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, UT or can be attended electronically at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82012093604?pwd=OXIxa1pBWWJLTys4NW1RR3k0c1dRUT09 1. Welcome --Mayor 2. Opening Ceremony - By Invitation Pledge of Allegiance Opening Prayer 3. Roll Call - Recorder 4. Approval of Minutes - Mayor July 11, 2023, Regular City Council Meeting held at 6:30pm. July 25, 2023, Regular City Council Meeting held at 6:30pm. 5. Approval of Adjustments - Mayor Transaction Register dated 07/01/2023 to 07/31/2023 in the amount of ($16,316.85). 6. Approval of Claims and Requisitions - Mayor Claims Register: Dated 5/19/2023 to 6/08/2023 in the amount of $313,913.02. Requisitions: None 7. Discussion/Action on the Following Items: a. Travel Trailer Parks and following City Code - Mayor b. Flowers and Banners on Main Street - Natalie Crosby c. Out of State Travel for UAMPS -- Mayor 8. Public Participation Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door right before the meeting begins. Participation is limited to three minutes. The participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda.
