- SF Logo Wednesday, August 23, 2023 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. August 9, 2023 2. Concept Review A. RODEN 4-PLEX CONCEPT. The applicant has proposed to construct a four-unit structure on a parcel with an existing home. The subject property is located at 649 east 400 north. 3. Title 15 Amendments A. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS. This proposal would modify the City's requirements for fencing and change language in the Master Planned Development Overlay Zone. 4. Discussion A. COBALT. MILL RACE. CANAL. 5. Adjourn
