- NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE CENTRAL UTAH WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT In Juab County The CENTRAL UTAH WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The CENTRAL UTAH WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT tax on a $447,000 residence would increase from $95.14 to $98.34, which is $3.20 per year. - The CENTRAL UTAH WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT tax on a $447,000 business would increase from $172.99 to $178.80, which is $5.81 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, CENTRAL UTAH WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 3.37% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase. Date/Time: Location: PUBLIC HEARING 8/21/2023 6:00 P.M.
