TIME: 10 minutes - Review agenda - Review meeting summaries from June22, 2023 - Jeff polls team - Review/Approve meeting summaries Updates 10:10 am 2. Update on Lake Conditions Ryan Rowland/Christine Rumsey TIME: 15 minutes - Any updated observations? - Information 3. Update on Berm Protocol Ben Stireman TIME: 5 minutes - Information New Topics 10:30 am 4. Rubric for Salinity Objectives Jeff DenBleyker TIME: 15 minutes - Review draft document - Please forward any comments to the SAC before the meeting - Discussion - Vote 5. Salinity Approximation for Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 Based upon available information and assumptions, how might the salinity change this fall? And then next spring? Christine Rumsey TIME: 15 minutes - Read the draft berm protocol - Key question will be how we might compare to the salinity objectives in the protocol - Information - Discussion 6. Recommendations for Berm Modifications 1. Should the berm be lowered assuming it will be raised again in Nov/Dec? 2. How far should the berm be lowered?
