- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council a regular Council Meeting Monday August 7, 2023 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the July17, 2023 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Minersville 4H Stock show kids 3. 5:15 Gary Staheli: Business License 4. 5:20 Byron & Kandace Muir: Business License 5. 5:30 Ryan Rust: Water line 6. 5:40 Ordinance No. 8.7.23 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AND ENACTING A NEW CODE FOR THE TOWN OF MINERSVILE, UTAH. 7. 5:45 Consider date for public hearing for rezoning. 8. 5:55 Discuss grant opportunities presented by the Beaver County Economic Development 9. 6:00 Quarterly budget review 10. 6:10 Discuss Rec League job 11. 6:20 Review Public Works job applications 12. 6:30 Pay bills 13. 6:40 Other business Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
