- Regional Review Committee (Community Development Block Grant) Regional Rating and Ranking Criteria - Public Comment The governing board of the Five County Association of Governments, known as the Steering Committee, in its role as the CDBG Regional Review Committee (RRC) is seeking public comment on the Regional CDBG Policies and CDBG Rating and Ranking Criteria adopted by the RRC (Steering Committee) on August 8, 2023. The criteria will be used for CDBG applications from eligible entities in the Five County region (Beaver, Garfield, Iron, Kane, and Washington counties) . Attached to this notice is the Rating and Ranking CDBG funds are federal funds allocated through the Utah Division of Housing and Community Development through the Utah Small Cities Community Development Block Grant program. Comments received will be considered as to whether the criteria approved by the RRC should be reconsidered by the RRRC (Steering Committee) prior to its implementation. Public comments during this 30 day public comment period should be submitted via e-mail to Mr. Cody Christensen: cchristensen@fivecounty.utah.gov through Wednesday, September 20, 2023, to be received no later than 5:00 PM that day. If further information is needed on the CDBG Policies or the CDBG Rating and Ranking Criteria, it can be provided by calling Mr. Christensen at (435)-673-3548 extension 165.
