- NOTICE AND AGENDA SANTA CLARA CITY COUNCIL MEETING Wednesday, August 23, 2023 Time: 5:00 p.m. AGENDA Public Notice is hereby given that the Santa Clara City Council will hold a Regular Meeting in the City Council Chambers, located at 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah on Wednesday August 23, 2023 commencing at 5:00 PM. The meeting will be broadcast via You Tube linked on our website at https://sccity.org/meetings. 1. Call to Order: 2. Opening Ceremony: - Pledge of Allegiance: Christa Hinton - Opening Comments: Pastor Jill Doherty, New Promise Lutheran Church, St. George Interfaith Council. 3. Conflicts and Disclosures: 4. Working Agenda: A. Public Hearing(s) 5:00 p.m. 1. Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding updates to the Santa Clara City Water Master Plan and Santa Clara City water rates. B. Consent Agenda: 1. Approval of Claims and Minutes: - August 9, 2023, City Council Meeting - Claims through August 23, 2023 2. Calendar of Events - August 30, 2023, Special City Council Work Meeting combined with Ivins City. - Sept. 13, 2023, Regular City Council Meeting - Sept. 20, 2023 City Council Work Meeting - Sept. 27, 2023 City Council Regular Meeting. C. General Business: 1. Discussion and action to consider approval of the Updated Santa Clara City Water Master Plan. Presented by Dustin Mouritsen, Public Works Director. 2. Discussion and Action to consider adoption of Resolution 2023-14R amending the Santa Clara City culinary & secondary water rates. Presented by Dustin Mouritsen, Public Works Director. 3. Discussion and action to consider a Partial Plat Amendment for the Viewpoint Subdivision (lots 4 & 5) located at 1854 & 1860 Red Mountain Drive. Applicant, Robin Linden. Email calendar invitations will be sent out in advance of the meeting. Instructions for each meeting will include the meeting ID, and password to join. When joining the meeting your screen name must show your full name. Each applicant will be accepted into the meeting when their item is up for discussion.
