- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the public hearings in the following order; a. The Council shall receive public input, then consider approval of resolution 2023-01 for an 'Interlocal Agreement between Cache County & Wellsville City for the administration of the 2023 Municipal Elections'. 9. Jayden Maughan - The Rock Pile business license 10. Scott Wells - Discuss Supplier Agreement for installation of water flow meters into the Leatham's Spring area of Wellsville City water system. 11. Review for possible acceptance of resolution 2023-02 accepting an annexation petition for further consideration from Joseph Stucki that 12.28 acres located on the South end of Wellsville be Annexed into the corporate limits of Wellsville City. 12. Discuss green waste mailer & other options going forward to keep green waste operating in Wellsville City. 13. Scott Wells - Discuss Third quarter financial statement for February. 14. Department reports 15. City Manager/Recorders report
