- Planning Commission Meeting for the Town of Genola Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting in the Public Safety Building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The public is invited to attend the meeting. The Agenda for the meeting will be as follows: Call to Order a. Opening Prayer b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Public Forum - Audience members may bring any item, not on the agenda to the Planning Commissions' attention. Approval of Minutes for June 1, 2023 Attachments: June 2023 PC mtg draft Public Forum BUSINESS Discussion and possible action on a site plan for home addition for Paul Barlow located at 913 S 400 W in the Martin Estates Subdivision Lot 1 Parcel #46.821.0001 Attachments: Barlow Addition Site Plan Discussion and possible action on a Final Mylar for the Sidney Arden Flats Subdivision located at 164 East Center Street Attachments: Sidney Arden Flats Final Mylar Discussion and possible action on a proposed site plan for a new home for Travis Tasker located in the Sidney Arden Flats Subdivision Lot 1 located at approximately 164 E Center Street Discussion and possible action on a proposed site plan for an accessory building for Travis Tasker located in the Sidney Arden Flats Subdivision Lot 1 located at approximately 164 E Center Street Discussion and possible action on a proposed deck addition for Dan & Laurie Centeno located at approximately 1160 South State Parcel #32.011.0122 Attachments: centeno site plan Discussion on proposed changes to the subdivision ordinance Discussion on how much asphalt is required when a whole road is not installed but on the edge of a subdivision Discussion on possible changes to the proposed road map Commission Comments Motion to adjourn
