- Rockville Town Council Public Hearing and Regular Meeting Rockville Town Hall June 14, 2023 - 6:00 pm **Amended** The Rockville Town Council will hold a public hearing as part of their regular meeting on Wednesday the 14th day of June 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. The agenda will be as follows: Call to Order 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of the Agenda 4. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item. Public Comments -- If you wish to speak during Public Comment and Questions, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. This item is reserved for items not listed on this agenda. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed. Discussion/Information/Non-action Items 1. Presentation by Southern Utah Air Quality Task Force - Kathy Tolleson, AG & Bill Baum, SIRQ 2. Report on Hurricane Valley Fire Special Service District - Pam Leach 3. Report on Recommendations of the Planning Commission - Tim Arnold, Chair Administrative Action Items 1. Open Public Hearing for public comments on the proposed amendments to the Town of Rockville 2022-23 Fiscal Budget. 2. Adjourn Public Hearing 3. Discussion and Action on Resolution No. 23-0614-01, A Resolution to Amend the Annual Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the Town of Rockville for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2023. 4. Open Public Hearing for public comments on the proposed Town of Rockville 2023-24 Tentative Budget. 5. Adjourn Public Hearing 6. Discussion and Action on Resolution No. 23-0614-02, A Resolution to Adopt the 2023-24 Tentative Budget for the Town of Rockville. 7. **Discussion and Action on Resolution No. 23-0614-03, A Resolution to Approve the 2023 Certified Tax Rate for the Town of Rockville. 8. Discussion and Action on Utah State Auditors 2023 Fraud Risk Assessment. 9. Approval of the minutes of the May 10, 2023, Regular Meeting. 10. Approval of expenditures for the month of May 2023. 11.
