- BUSINESS MEETING 1) Approval of the July 19, 2023 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes. (Motion/Voting) 2) Updates to the Brighton Sign Ordinance: The Planning Commission will discuss updates that should be made to the current sign ordinance under Brighton's municipal code. Staff will present what work has been done on the chapter so far before opening it up for discussion. Planner: Erin O'Kelley (Discussion) 3) Creation of a new Dark Sky Ordinance: The Town of Brighton does not currently have a Dark Sky Ordinance in the Town's municipal code. Staff will present a new draft chapter to the Planning Commission and then open it up for discussion. Planner: Erin O'Kelley (Discussion) 4) Other Business Items. (As Needed)
