- Agenda Emery County Special Service District #1 Box Room @ 10:00 a.m. August 14, 2023 Approval of July 10, 2023, meeting minutes. Open Public Hearing to discuss Amending the 2023 Budget. Discuss/Approve the Proposed Amended 2023 Budget. Discuss/Approve the 2022 Audit Report. Discuss Quitchupa, bid opening/concurrence motion. Discuss/Approval the Interlocal Agreement for EWD Projects between Emery County and ECSSD #1. Johansen and Tuttle Engineering report on current projects: Jurassic National Monument Access Road Lone Tree Bridge Project Trail Mountain Road 2023 Project Bridge inventory report by J & T EWD 4 projects. Discuss/Approve any change orders generated from work on current projects. Approval of payment of bills, financial reports, and distribution of Mineral Lease funds. Payment of Bills presented by Jan Olsen: Approval of the Distribution of mineral lease revenue: For July 2023, in the gross amount of $71,082.87 less the Carbon shift of $113.00 for a net amount of $71,082.87 to be distributed as follows: After EEMSSD's 5% of $3,554.14, the remaining amount for distribution to the following Districts is $67,528.73 ECSSD#1 - 47% $31,738.50 CVSSD - 16% $10,804.60 Fire SSD - 16% $10,804.60 Rec SSD - 16% $10,804.60 North Emery Water Users - 5% $ 3,376.43 Discussion of other business that may come before the Board. Adjourn. The next meeting will be held on September 11, 2023
