- TOWN OF STERLING COUNCIL MEETING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY, August 15, 2023 AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Agenda shall be as follows: Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Reading of Minutes from May 18,2023 and June 20, 2023. Approval of Minutes from May 18,2023 and June 20, 2023. Discussion and vote on moving the fire hydrant that is in Kyle Dentons driveway. Discussion and vote on pay for the Sterling Town Sexton. Discussion and vote on x-raying Sterling Town Cemetery. Discussion and vote on Sterling Town Cemetery plot costs. Discussion and vote on Sterling Town Sexton fees. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees Approve Payment of Bills Adjournment Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown on the agenda. **Items added to the original agenda which was posted on August 11, 2023 are highlighted.
