- The Mayfield Town is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. The Mayfield Town tax on a $332,000 residence would increase from $201.41 to $287.23, which is $85.82 per year. The Mayfield Town tax on a $332,000 business would increase from $366.20 to $522.24, which is $156.04 per year. If the proposed budget is approved, Mayfield Town would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 42.65% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
