- North Logan City 2023 Municipal Primary Election Notice 2023 PRIMARY ELECTION: Tuesday, September 5, 2023 Elections will primarily be VOTE-BY-MAIL, administered by Cache County Clerk's Office. Drop Boxes located in North Logan: North Logan Library (475 E N 2500 N) and City Office Lobby (1276 N 1200 E). Ballots can be dropped off in any Cache County Ballot Drop Box, for more locations see https://www.cachecounty.org/elections/ballotdropofflocations.html PRIMARY Elections Day Voting: (Tue, 09/05, 7:00 am - 8:00 pm.) Location: County Event Center at the Fairgrounds (490 S 500 W, Logan, UT) For up-to-date election info, please see www.cachecounty.org/elections
