- 'Meet the Candidate Town Forum' is hosted by private citizens and not the Bluff Town Council or the Planning and Zoning Commission. It is possible that any one or all of the Bluff Town Council or Planning and Zoning Commission may be present, virtually or in person. This is a social event and therefore it does not qualify as a public meeting; however, in the interests of transparency, this forum is being posted on the UPNW.
