- Notice is hereby given The Mayor and City Council of Helper City, A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting on the 15th day of December 2022. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. 1- Call to order. 2- Pledge of Allegiance. 3- Roll call. 4- Public Comment. 5- Approval of the minutes on November 17, 2022. 6- Discussion and possible approval of refunding Brandi Wall a $50 reconnection fee for November's utility bill. 7- Discussion and possible approval of painting a pickleball court at Locust Street Park. 8- Discussion and possible approval of adding DG Fletcher to the Helper Library Board. 9- Discussion and possible approval of Helper City Library Internet Access Policy. 10- Discussion and possible approval of Resolution 2022-10 sewer rate increase. Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads. Possible closed session. Adjournment:
