- PLEASANT GROVE CITY DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING The Design Review Board will meet Monday August 1, 2022, at 5:30 pm for the projects listed below. City Staff will host the meeting at Community Hall in the Police and Court Building, 108 S. 100 E. Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Wall Sign - Located at 398 South 100 East (Old Fort Neighborhood) To consider the request of Robertina Martinez to permit a wall sign without a suspended or projecting sign, on property located at 398 South 100 East in the Downtown Village - Commercial (DV-C) Zone.
