- November 28, 2022 PLEASANT GROVE CITY DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING The Design Review Board will meet Monday, November 28, 2022, at 5:30 pm for the projects listed below. City Staff will host the meeting at Community Hall in the Police and Court Building, 108 S. 100 E. Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 2436 West 700 South (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Dan Ford for a commercial site plan for a commercial building, located at approx. 2436 West 700 South in The Grove Zone - Mixed Housing Subdistrict.
