THE AGENDA ORDER MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: INVOCATION I. PLEDGE II. ROLL CALL III. GUESTS IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING V. REPORT OF BOARD - COMMITTEE'S COMMISSION: GUY BRINKERHOFF/ CHAIRMAN MEMBERS: MARGENE STEVENS, JOY PARTRIDGE, JOE TAYLOR, CLARK MORTENSEN VI. NEW BUSINESS 1. Application to Appear - Brian Florang, Foxtail Property Group. Permit to build roof over deck at Hinckley Station, 12 East 500 North. 2. Application to Appear - Stephen Draper. Request for conditional use permit or variance on previously tabled request for temporary mobile home park, 224 East Center. 3. Review and discussion of ordinances to amend accessory building sections. 4. Business License Application - Brian Florang, Hinckley Station LLC, 12 East 500 North. 5. Alcohol License - Brian Florang, Hinckley Station LLC, 12 East 500 North. 6. Home Occupation Business License Application - Brian Florang, Foxtail Property Group LLC, 279 West 600 North. 7. Home Occupation Business License Application - Brian Florang, Foxtail Farm LLC, 279 West 600 North. 8. Building Permit Application - Guy Brinkerhoff. Building permit to place 40 ft. container at 143 South 100 West. 9. Business License Application - Steven Howes, KJJBA, DBA Studio 108 on Main, 108 N Main. VII. OUTSTANDING BUSINESS 1. Updating the General Plan for Hinckley Town. 2. Discussion to amend Hinckley Town Zoning Ordinance Chapter 20 Recreational Vehicles and creating an ordinance for development of Recreational Vehicle Parks. VIII.
