- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 27, 2023, at 12:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 445 West Center Street. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Hearings can be viewed live and on-demand at YouTube youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 and on Facebook facebook.com/provochannel17. Item 1 AJ Shaffer requests Design Review approval for a new soda drive-thru commercial building in the GW (Downtown Gateway) zone, located at 825 West Center Street. Franklin Neighborhood. Nancy Robison (801) 852-6417 nrobison@provo.org PLPPA20230028 Item 2 Election of Chair and Vice Chair Preceding the public hearing, there will be a pre-meeting at 12:00 p.m. in the Provo Peak Conference Room. The pre-meeting is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment and actions will be reserved for the public hearing. To send comments to the Provo City Design Review Committee members, email them at dspublichearings@provo.org. Additional information can be found at provo.org/publiccomments. Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting. If assistance is needed to allow participation at this meeting, please call the Planning Secretary at (801) 852-6424 at least 3 days before the meeting to make arrangements.
